I am so sorry you had to go through this, however we both know God has His purpose. Every bump in the road is crafting you into the exquisite Godly mother that you are and will be. Mine was runny when I first made it and then got clumpier the longer it sat. I still use the pasta spoon when I'm ready to fill up my empty jug just to get the clumps out.

If it's runny after sitting for a day or two, then I would just try and and see how your clothes turn out! After a year, we are still on our first batch and I'll never go back to store bought! I love how clean our clothes are!!! Next test... how does it do on cloth diapers! When I get a chance to test THAT out, I'll do an update!!! :))

Every step forward in the adoption journey is exciting and one to be celebrated! Five of our kids are adopted and it's just been so amazing! I'm so happy to hear about your plans to adopt without debt...something I recommend to everyone. All the best to you as you move on to the next step!!!

A wholehearted "Amen"! My Beloved and I woke early to watch the ceremony and we to were moved by the soberness and reverence of the message proclaimed. We are praying for them and their future and hope that their marriage mirrors the message of truth and faith in our Heavenly God and Father and Lord Jesus Christ. It was a beautiful wedding. One of my sisters in Calif. reads your blog and linked me to you. I am now a follower. We have some things in common.

What a beautiful post. I always anxiously await reading your blog because there is always such wisdom in your writing. I really resonate with the line about hope. I think sometimes I am hesitant to talk about my frustration with my wait because when I do, some people jump on me that because I struggle with trusting Jesus' plan in this one area of my walk, that my whole walk is null and void. I am not without hope, but amidst the joy for all the amazing things God is doing in my life I also carry a grief around too for the one very important thing missing. God will be faithful in our waits...not one tear or sad moment will be in vain. I cant wait to see how brings victory to the situation and uses our stories to encourage others :)
